Mentix Switzerland GmbH was founded on 12.12.2023 in Winterthur (Switzerland) and is a subsidiary of Mentix Consulting GmbH based in Walldorf (Germany).
The registered office of the company is Mentix Schweiz GmbH, Archplatz 2, 8400 Winterthur.
The managing directors are Dr. Niels Burzan and Ralph Kirchhoff.
The portfolio of Mentix Schweiz GmbH essentially corresponds to the offer of Mentix Consulting GmbH. In addition, Mentix Switzerland has a strong financial background in the areas of financial risk management, Financial Advisory and SAP Finance Consulting.
Mentix has arrived in Switzerland
Following the founding of Mentix Schweiz GmbH in December 2023, we have now arrived in the beautiful city of Winterthur in Switzerland. We are at home with Mentix in the Achhöfe, where we particularly enjoy the first-class working conditions and the close proximity to the city center and the train station.
For the two managing directors Dr. Niels Burzan and Ralph Kirchhoff, it was impressive how openly and warmly we were received as a German start-up in Winterthur. The cooperation with the relevant departments and authorities was extremely relaxed and pleasant. When it comes to digitalization, Switzerland is very advanced and well ahead of the German offices in many respects.
Life is no picnic! "Life is no bed of roses". But as we all know, life is good in Switzerland! We enjoy the personal exchange with our Swiss customers & business partners and are very excited to see where our business journey through beautiful Switzerland will take us.
Mentix creates the basis for the SAP S/4HANA implementation. We advise and support companies in the following areas SAP Business Partner, Master Data Management and Business Process Management. This reduces the complexity of the SAP S/4HANA implementation and guarantees a smooth transformation project.
Three questions for Dr. Niels Burzan
Hello Mr. Burzan, you have been the new Managing Director of Mentix Schweiz GmbH in Winterthur since March. How would you sum up your first few weeks in office?
Niels Burzan: Positive throughout! I was given a great welcome by all the employees and our business partners and feel very comfortable at Mentix. Mentix is still quite a young company with a collegial working atmosphere, exciting projects and the great spirit of a start-up. We are still looking for reinforcements for our teams in Walldorf and Winterthur.
What offer are you specifically targeting at the Swiss market?
Niels Burzan: Mentix's core offering lies in the areas of SAP S/4HANA transformation and master data management. Here in Switzerland, we also have a very strong financial background and therefore also offer our Swiss customers our expertise in the areas of financial risk management, project controlling and SAP consulting in the financial modules of accounting, controlling, treasury, consolidation and asset accounting.
What are your long-term goals with Mentix in Switzerland?
Niels Burzan: Our aim with Mentix is to establish our portfolio in the Swiss market on a permanent and nationwide basis. Our company is based in Winterthur in the canton of Zurich. We are represented in Basel by the office of a partner and I myself live in Lausanne on Lake Geneva in the French-speaking part of Switzerland. In addition to our aforementioned expertise, we are therefore also characterized by our regional presence in the interests of our clients.
