In the context of audits, we help you with the standardised recording and documentation of your processes in order to increase transparency in your company. In doing so, we recommend documentation in BPMN 2.0 and in written form in order to document additional information (for example, documents used or an explanation of the departments involved) in addition to the graphical representation.
